Our Board of Directors

The RIAA Board plays a vital role in setting the direction of the Association and making sure we stay focused on what matters most - supporting members and strengthening the roadmarking industry.

Our Board is made up of representatives from across RIAA’s membership, bringing together a mix of experience from contracting, manufacturing, supply and industry leadership. Every Director acts in a voluntary capacity, giving their time, knowledge and industry insight to represent members and guide the long-term strategy of the Association.

The Board’s role is to provide strategic leadership and governance. This includes setting priorities, overseeing advocacy efforts, supporting industry initiatives and ensuring RIAA remains a strong, credible voice with government, road authorities and key stakeholders. While the Board sets the direction, it also works closely with management to make sure decisions are practical, achievable and aligned with the real-world needs of members.

Day-to-day operations of the Association are managed by the Executive Officer and a small administrative team. This team is responsible for delivering member services, managing communications, coordinating events, supporting committees and keeping the Association running smoothly. They are the engine room behind RIAA, ensuring members receive timely support, clear information and value from their membership.

Together, the Board and Executive Officer form a strong partnership by combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to ensure RIAA continues to serve its members, grow its community and advocate effectively for the roadmarking industry.

Below are the profiles of RIAA’s Directors, who proudly represent the membership and contribute to the ongoing success of the Association.
